We are much more interested in having conversations with artists across all disciplines about our projects as equal collaborators - including performers. And so we run exclusively interviews rather than auditions for all our projects.

We regularly put out public casting and collaboration calls for our projects.

Artist Development

We’re committed to supporting a range of artists at all stages of their careers. Here’s a few ways we do that:

  • We run bespoke artist workshops around all of our projects.

  • For every project we ring-fence one role for a recent graduate or early-career artist.

  • We offer open rehearsal room days across all our projects for any artists who are interested in observing our process.

  • We also regularly offer practical feedback on funding applications and project ideas as well as dramaturgical support with script and score development on new work.

We also regularly deliver bespoke workshops around our practice for accredited arts degree courses and at drama schools.
